Is there parking onsite?
There is a car park, managed by Ports of Jersey, with lots of parking available. We will reimburse up to two hours of your parking when you dine with us. Just make sure you tell your server and we can take it off your bill!

How can I make a complaint?
We always do our best to ensure you have the best experience at The Shipyard but we understand you might want to get in touch if something wasn’t quite right. Please email email@example.com with your name and the date of your visit as well as your reason for contacting us.

Do you have any outside seating?
We do! Be sure to catch it first when a sunny day comes because there are no reservations allowed outside.
Are you dog-friendly?
Dogs are welcome at The Shipyard on our outside terrace only.
I have booked a table, but now need to change my reservation – how do I do this?
You can amend or cancel your reservation by clicking the relevant link in your reservation email, that we sent at time of your booking.
